  • Designed, developed, and executed distributed learning delivery methods and trained faculty to make content ADA accessible.
  • Collaborated with faculty on course design, development, and implementation to incorporate the best practices and theories of instruction and achieve learning outcomes.
  • Applied Quality Matters standards to all instructional design projects.
  • Offered training and support to junior instructional designers on USC practices, methods, and delivery of distributed learning courses.
  • Designed and modified 45+ courses within various academic disciplines to help improve course curriculum and delivery by including technology-enabled assignments and learning activities.
